Cindy Suekawa has had a lifelong interest in the mind-body relationship and has studied many techniques to improve mental and physical health. She learned about utilizing subtle energy through study and practice of Aikido, Tai Chi and Yoga, and continues her practice in the Yang style of Tai Chi, VYASA Yoga and Arhatic Yoga, Reiki and Pranic Healing. After retiring from a career in banking, she currently makes alternative healing therapies available to those seeking to heal and energize. Her mission is to share what she has learned with others, to help them take responsibility for their own self-care.
